In your experience, who is the least reliable supplier for organic intermediates and libraries?
In my mind, an unreliable supplier:
- Waits until well after I place my order before telling me an item is out of stock.
- Will only tell me a price after a phone call.
- Is late in delivery.
- Is difficult to communicate with and get answers from.
- Doesn't take purity seriously.
Rules: One supplier per answer, please. Feel free to submit multiple answers. In your answer, please state what the supplier has done to qualify as 'unreliable'. If you don't agree that the supplier described in an answer is unreliable, downvote it and comment.
Although many suppliers might be considered 'unreliable', the most useful answers will be those that other are likely to have heard of, but maybe not dealt with yet.
